You will meet the head chef Mr. Daniel Moran and restaurant director Mr. Warren Lucas and you can learn from them more about their experiences with an organic food restaurant. Attendance is limited to 15 persons, buyers and suppliers of organic food products are warmly invited to sign up.

Venue is Glow at The Metropolitan Bangkok “Glow is a 48-seat eatery serving fresh food only, rendered as snacks, light meals and powerfully energising juices, rich in living enzymes, vitamins and minerals. The COMO Shambhala menu is specifically designed for balance and rejuvenation.” Members of the Thai Organic Trade Association are entitled to a 20% discount.

Participation fee includes a 4-course dinner with drink and transport to the restaurant. Registration and payment should be made at the Seminar Counter located at the Main Registration Counter, Level 2. Payment for this event must be done be prior to the event. Kindly note that registration is not confirmed, unless payment is received and written acknowledgement given.
